The winner of each competition gets 2 votes towards the victory. First Loser gets a consolation prize of 1 vote. Second Loser gets mocked freely.

Each member of the Council has 2 votes that they can distribute however they see fit. It might not be a bad idea to cozy up to them, as some of them are quite bribable.

After the last Test, the Council will convene and vote. The winner is the one who gets the most points. First Loser gets the next most points. And last place? They’re spoils for the victors.
