Lost Legacy: An Animania Story, which acts as a prelude to the entire Animania Saga, is an epic adventure spanning fourteen years, and chronicling the adventures of the siblings Anime and Tsunami as they grow up in Western Europe during the Dark Ages. Split into three installments, but essentially one long game, Lost Legacy combines characters from various anime and games into an original storyline. Mythos from history and fantasy combine together to form a world where anything can happen and the greatest weapon is the human heart.

By using special 'Manuals', characters can learn special abilities that will help to round out their use in battle, while others will have the power to draw power from their allies. Only by using a sound strategy and fighting with every tool at their disposal will the heroes of Lost Legacy finally triumph in the end!
